We do our best to ensure everything is set up for a stay; however, sometimes, things happen. We communicate with guests regarding general maintenance tasks; sometimes, they just need more linen.
We ensure a lot of information is available to our guests, from online guest manuals to hard-copy house manuals; we even retain manuals for every appliance on hand.
