How do I get started?
Fill out our contact form or give us a call; once you do and we have information on your property, we will conduct research to help you make an informed decision.
We will conduct an initial inspection to understand if anything is required. We have a minimum number of furnishings for any property we manage. One of our stylists can also come in and determine what furniture or artwork may suit your property best. We also have additional services available to ensure your property’s occupancy is maximised and guests love their stay.
This is where MYP excels, and we do several things to ensure your property is as successful as possible:
- Organise photography
- Ensure set up has everything required
- Create house manuals
- If in NSW, we register the property with NSW planning
- Ensure compliance with fire regulations in the relevant state
- Initial clean of apartment, and linen brought in
- Listing creation on Airbnb and multiple other platforms
This is the start of your experience with us; your first guest means revenue. While this happens, there is a range of other things we put in place:
1. Owners Portal for you to keep track
2. 24/7 guest communication
3. Monitor noise – if a monitoring device is in the property
4. Ensure payment is made via the platform
5. Daily pricing changes and listing alterations
6. Maintenance
For many properties, it takes time to develop a rhythm. This takes a few reviews on the platform and some testing of rates and wording to see what maximises views. We communicate with you regularly on how the property is performing; therefore, every owner we have, knows what’s happening regularly.
